Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays). We strive to ship items promptly:
Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 PM (EST) will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST), on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times for pre-order or custom-made items may vary and will be clearly stated on the respective product page.
2. Shipping Destinations & International Shipping
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Any such promotion will be clearly advertised on our website.
Standard Shipping: For orders not qualifying for free shipping, standard shipping fees apply.

For any future international shipping, please note that orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Responsibilities

Items Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped by Us: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs and, upon receipt of the returned item, ship out the correct replacement at our expense.
Customer-Initiated Returns/Exchanges (Change of Mind): If you wish to return an item for reasons such as size or change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
7. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS).
