The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the item’s delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (we sent the wrong item).
Non-returnable items:
Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks).
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items marked as final sale, such as clearance or promotional goods.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Us: Email us at support@foundationtrade.buzz with your order number and the reason for the return. Photos or a short video of the product issue (e.g., damage, defect) are highly recommended to help us process your request quickly .
b. Receive Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions and the return address if applicable.
c. Ship the Item: Once instructed, ship the returnable item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us .
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider .
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:
Items returned after the 30-day return period.
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or are not in their original condition.

Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item) .
5. Exchanges
